How to copy a file from Ramdisk to USB (for UBCD users)
If you are a Ultimate Boot CD user here how to copy a file from UBCD FreeDOS Ramdisk to your USB storage ( i recommend to format it with FAT16 not FAT32 and avoid long file names)
The example here is Vivard report file, i use this DOS program many times for HDD diagnosis so i wonder how to copy that file to my old 64MB FAT MultiMediaCard memory, at the end it simply needs some DOS commands.
OS : Debian 7.9 GNU/Linux, Gnome3 desktop (fallback experience).
UBCD 5.3.5 booted with Qemu open source virtualization software.
To recreate my scenario in a virtual machine, i use this root command :
qemu -smp 2 -m 512 -cdrom $HOME/Desktop/ubcd535.iso -hda $HOME/AQemu-hdd -boot once=d,menu=on -usb -device usb-host,hostbus=1,hostaddr=01
