'Beat by Iran's Morality Police Over Hijab Law: 22-Year-Old Woman Dies
Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old woman, died in hospital after she was detained by the Iranian regime’s morality police.
Iranian forces allegedly put her in a police van because she was not complying with the country’s hijab regulations.
Police said she died of a heart attack and have denied any allegations of abuse. They released this video showing Amini in custody.
The footage shows Mahsa waiting in custody before she later collapsed in front of a female police officer.
