There were power and water outages in parts of the city on Monday morning, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
There were also fatalities in Lutsk, Zaporizhzhia and eastern Dnipro.
It comes after a British man working as part of a Reuters press crew was killed in a hotel in Kramatorsk over the weekend.
Safety advisor Ryan Evans was working with a multinational team of journalists near the frontline when the building was hit by a short-range Iskander-M missile.
