This video was shot in the early 1990's at a place called Vickers Jct. on the southeast side of Toledo, Ohio. Vickers is where Conrail (now Norfolk Southern) crosses the CSX (former Toledo Terminal RR). Today railfans are not permitted down by the diamonds where this was shot.
