Responsible Integration of Domain Names

Given the growing importance of DNS domain names, standards and best practices are needed for their responsible integration with various applications and protocols. In his talk at the W3C 2024 member meeting in Hiroshima, Swapneel called for community collaboration to develop standards and best practices for responsible DNS integration, e.g. in terms of domain name lifecycles, to prevent security and stability issues on the Internet.
