Feedback is a crucial mechanism in the continuous improvement culture, and #ROTI gives excellent tools to have very concise and great feedback from the participants.
ROTI is not an India Bread but it stands for #Retun On Time Invested - ROTI.
Its a feedback tool.
How to use it:
After the meeting ask every participant for what they think about the #value they received from the meeting.
Based on the hand raising, if they think its high value - Show five, and if it is NO Value - It's one.
Then you can ask, Why they think No Value or high value.
Note this feedback and use it for #Continuous #Improvement
