In the Traditional #Waterfall method, we used to build the entire #product first and take it to the #end-user. If the end-user doesn't like it, the #productfails and we end up losing time, money and competitive edge in the market.
Agile prevents this by Inspect and Adapt. The sprint review is fundamentally part of inspecting and adapt. and if we do it then it demolishes the whole purpose of agile itself.
This becomes the reason for Why Agile Fails?
