Decomposing #Epic into #Feature into #Story sounds simple, however, at the scale where multiple teams are involved, it is a complicated exercise. The whole approach is often infected with work breakdown thinking and #organizations end up struggling for the right granularity.
The good news is that it can be simplified just by a small #mindset change. A #change in approach .. from #refining what I need to do (inward thinking focusing on actions), if one first thinks of why this backlog item, what it wants to achieve (#customer-#centricity by focusing on the acceptance criteria).
