Low carb high protein recipes - Stir fry Teriyaki beef with riced cauliflower. This is a low carbs recipe ideal for weight loss, diabetes, or any disease related to insulin resistance.

Recipe for 2 servings:

400g of rib-eye steak
2 cups of cauliflower rice
Teriyaki marinade
Black pepper
1 red bell pepper
½ of a medium onion
1 tablespoon of a cooking oil

Preparation

Wash the steak. Cut in small slices. Marinade with teriyaki sauce and pepper. Cut pepper and onion as well.
Heat a small pot on medium to high heat, add 2 teaspoons of oil, saute some onion for about a minute, add black pepper and salt to taste, stir. Add cauliflower rice to the pot, stir, and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Set it apart
On a medium heat, heat a pan with a teaspoon of oil, add the stake slices and bring the heat to high. Cook until the color starts turning brown, flip over and cook the other side. Set the steak aside in a dish. Reduce the heat to medium, add onion in the pan and saute for about 30 seconds, add bell pepper, stir and saute for 1.5 to 2 minutes or so. Bring the steak to the mix and stir, add about teriyaki sauce to the mix, stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve with the cauliflower rice
