ANODYNE【Metal】
I'm in a bit of an aggressive mood recently, so here's some more instrumental metal tracks! I was initially inspired to try heavier sounding songs from maidcore (Like Chikoi's Fear song), but I think my other influences creeped in, so I'm not sure if this classifies as a mix of some maidcore post-rock, post-metal/shoegaze influence with a hint of black metal. I've also been recently binging some Alcest albums and I always loved the way Neige combines aggressive riffs that come in every now and then after his clean/melodic guitar parts.
This song was partially inspired when I was trying to play that riff from 'Protection' by Alcest, and also wanted to experiment with the 3/4 to 4/4 time signature changes that happens in that track.
