CREAM:
500 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
2 vanilla sugar
60 g semolina
100 g of chocolate
150 g of ground walnuts
DRESSING:
200 ml of chocolate milk
GANACHES:
100g of chocolate
120 ml of whipping cream
DECORATION:
sprinkle with ground walnuts
