6 egg whites
90 g of sugar
100 g of ground pumpkin seeds (or ground walnuts or hazelnuts)
60 g of flour
2 tablespoons of rum
2 teaspoons of baking powder
CREAM:
700 ml of milk
200 g of white chocolate
50 g of sugar
6 egg yolks
2 vanilla puddings
200 ml of whipping cream
