Creating Technical Shape For Layouts From Back Handsprings!
A tumbler should be trying to get the shape for their layouts from the end of their roundoff or back handsprings. Doing layouts from standing tumbling should feel the same as running tumbling as long as the tumbler doesn't overpower the beginning. Setting up the flip entry patiently allows the tumblers to use their power for a fast & effective flipping skill. In layouts this helps create shape faster for cleaner technique & easier landings.
