Supporting tumblers that struggle mentally &/or physically is as important as teaching technique or conditioning. Helping them change their perception about their own abilities and the difficulty of what they do is key to their consistent success. As the mind develops it can become tougher & more resilient but there will be times tumblers need external support. It feels good to know it doesn't have to be done alone. Great job Kassie!
