It is one of the first skills and also the hardest. Everyone wants to learn it but few understand just how difficult it is until they start training it. Back handsprings are the skill that many tumblers stop at. Many tumblers have gotten injured on back handsprings and there have been many mental blocks on back handsprings. Tumblers should embrace the difficulty and not rush. Condition, stretch, and train properly and the pieces will come together in time. Good job Mia!
