Watchmaker's Bench Upgrade
What goes on the watchmaker’s bench? Why the watchmaker’s bench at Active Atom is different. We share adding a watchmaker's air blaster and vacuum system to this workstation as well as a removable watchmaker’s vise. A min cyclone vacuum also takes shape.
German Made Tapping Machine
We are nearing the completion of the on/off electrical switch wiring for controlling our VFD Speed controller as we will be utilizing this precision tapping machine in the making of our product "The Perfected Product".
Refurbished and Ready for Service Lathe Accessories
We share our row of fully refurbished fine Louis Levin & Son and C. E. Marshall 2 level and 3 level standard and heavy duty cross Slides and accessories from Levin for doing a radius on a lathe and for micro-drilling, micro-milling even micro-grinding on a lathe.
Educational Pullout Video Series
Precision spindle rebuilding for three versions of Levin lathes and a Levin drill press are nearing the end of filming. New high resolution camera systems were purchased for us to make the best educational machinery and tool rebuilding videos for our new series coming to the channel soon.

Shop Adventures is a Weekly YouTube Series filmed at a home mostly converted into a full machining and finishing operation located in a small Mojave Desert California Town named Yucca Valley.
This series follows the adventures of two childhood friends as they rebuild vintage precision micro-machines and tools that will allow them the ability to make their own designed product into a reality but only after they stopped doing work for others on these same machines, with these same precision tools for the past several decades.
