Ashes of Creation - Realistic vs Stylized Art
This one was a bit long winded, but I wanted to do my best to express where my thoughts were coming from on this topic of Art style for Ashes of Creation. I'm in no ways a developer myself, I know these things only from dipping into making my own mini-games as a hobby, so I'm sure an expert could give more information on what it takes to optimize games these days.
Although I do personally lean towards stylized art in games, recently the realistic games look just as good and I don't think it's going to be a big deal that AoC is going with more realism.
