ATHX LIVERPOOL
I got a last minute invite to compete in the ATHX Games in Liverpool on Saturday with Abbie. Similar to Hyrox, ATHX tests strength, endurance & anaerobic fitness. Neither of which I'm that well versed in 😂 Further proving that I'm the furthest thing from a Hybrid athlete...or even an athlete at all 😅
