1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk or 1 ½ cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
½ tsp ,each: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
2 eggs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/8 cup maple syrup
Cook and stir until boiling and thickens
