Waffle Fruit Shortcake
Mix : 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups light cream, 1/2 cup oil, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp Fioro DiSicilia, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 Tbsp Baking powder, 2-3 Tbsp water to thin batter to consistency of hand cream....heat waffle iron....spoon batter into hot iron and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown...remove....Top waffles with maple butter, fresh fruit salad, and top with whipped cream......yummy!!
