How to View My Private Videos on YouTube
You've uploaded a YouTube video, made it private but cannot find it anywhere on channel? This is how you can view your own private videos on YouTube from the YouTube Studio.
📌 Note, private videos do not appear under the VIDEOS tab of the channel, as suggested or recommended videos. If a private video was added to a public playlist, you will not see the video or the thumbnail, but the "THIS VIDEO IS MADE PRIVATE" note.

STEP 1: Sign in to YouTube Studio.
STEP 2: From the dashboard, select CONTENT. You will see all the videos you have uploaded to YouTube: public, private, and unlisted.
📌 If you want to share a private video with a certain user, tap on the crossed eye icon of that video under VISIBILITY tab. A popup will appear with visibility settings.
STEP 4: Tap the SHARE PRIVATELY option.
STEP 5: Enter the email address of the person you are inviting to watch your private video.
STEP 6: Check notify via email, and hit DONE.
📌 How to view a private video on YouTube with permission
It's simple!
The creator should add your email address associated with a YouTube account when choosing SHARE PRIVATELY option in the video's settings.
Check your email inbox and click the shared link.
You should log in to your YouTube account (the one associated with the email address invited to view a private video).
The shareable URL link should be correct.
