METHOD #1: How to remove audio from video through YouTube Studio
1. Launch YouTube and log in to YouTube Studio.
2. From the Dashboard menu, select CONTENT.
3. Find a video you want to mute sound on and find "COPYRIGHT CLAIM" under the RESTRICTIONS tab.
4. Click "SEE DETAILS"
5. Then, tap "SELECT ACTION"
6. Choose if you want to mute song, trim out the section, or replace it with another song.
