Gyroscope stage design concept
For a while now I’ve been really inspired by gyroscopes and their ambiguous forms and I always wanted to translate that mechanism into some type of live production. So here’s my attempt at a highly-ambitious stage design concept utilizing six concentric slices fitted with double-sided flexible LED displays. Each section can rotate independently via an electric slip ring system. I based the scale and measurements from real-world hardware so technically this beast could be built. Can you imagine seeing this thing in real life?!
