The Rab Mountain Goat Circuit (Cylchdaith Geifr y Mynydd) takes in some of the most epic mountain running terrain in Wales.
With grovelling ascents, scree-strewn summit scrambles, and technical mountain trails, this is a route to be reckoned with.
Starting and finishing out of Joe Brown's Shops in Capel Curig, finishers will be rewarded with a spot on the circuit's hall of fame, and an embroidered badge for their efforts.
