Self-acceptance is a life-changing weapon you already have.
People, self-acceptance is a state of accepting all your positive as well negative attributes. It means it's not enough to simply embrace the good or positive about yourself but also to accept the less desirable, the negative, and the ugly parts of yourself.
The weight of carrying a false identity, constructed from insecurity and ego can be overwhelming. Everyone already sees you for who you are and has chosen to accept or reject you. Show up as who you are. You have nothing to prove. This is the path to true self-confidence. Love yourself and accept that you are perfectly imperfect.
One of the things I accepted was I used to get angry very soon even for a small reason, this is very bad because it destroys your mood, peace of mind and starts eating you from inside. It was hard for me to accept it. I started reading this amazing book, Think like a monk by Jay Shetty, and trust me, this book gives a new and fresh perspective to our lives and how to deal with each situation and how to have a monk mindset to be calm, relaxed and satisfied
