INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY Celebration
Yoga focuses on bringing harmony between mind, body and soul. Annoor Dental College & Hospital, Muvattupuzha celebrated “INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY” awareness programme on 21.06.2024 at 9:00 am in College Auditorium. A total of 65 participants attended the programme. The programme started with a prayer song. The session started with Warm up and various asanas (standing, sitting and lying) was illustrated.
