Orthodontic Week Celebrations
The Dept. of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, Annoor Dental College & Hospital, Muvattupuzha organized orthodontic week celebrations from May 20-22nd 2024, which includes wire bending competitions, Rangoli competitions, debate competitions, reel competitions and smile competitions and a value added CDE Program- CLEFT CARE FOR THE DENTAL SURGEON on 22nd MAY 2024 at 1.00 PM. A total of 82 participants attended the program which included undergraduates, postgraduates, Interns, and Teaching faculty.
Dr Gopikrishnan S introduced the speaker of the session. Dr. Tradeep Jaypal conducted the valve added session. The session primarily focused on giving an intelligible insight on diagnosis and management of cleft patients. The speaker of the program also gave detailed clarification about how to take impression in a cleft patient. The session also includes case presentation of cleft patients and had active participation by the staff, students and PGs from all the departments of the college. The program ended up by vote of thank was delivered by Dr. Joju Paul. Excellent feedback was received from the participants as they found the session very informative.
