Forgetting and Memory Failure
In this video, I describe the distinction between forgetting and memory. The distinction is illustrated with research on retrograde amnesia caused by a brain concussion. The research illustrates the distinction between consolidation failure and retrieval failure and the role of retrieval cues in overcoming memory failure.
