Montage of 3D reconstructions of the same sample with different processing. The raw image was acquired using a x63/1.4NA oil immersion objective on a Zeiss Axio imager Z1.
3D models have been created using Imaris and the montage was done in ImageJ (Fiji).
The “Raw” panel shows the unprocessed image as saved in ZEN Blue.
The “Apotome” panel shows the Zeiss proprietary acquisition system rendering without any additional step.
The “deconvolved” panel shows the result of deconvolution using Huygens Pro.
The sample being image is the demo slide PK-A from LSM bioanalytik GmbH.
