Yokogawa diptych
Montage of 3D reconstructions of the same sample with different processing. The raw image was acquired using a x63/1.4NA oil immersion objective on a Yokogawa Spinning disk confocal system on a Zeiss Axio Observer body.
3D models have been created using Imaris and the montage was done in ImageJ (Fiji).
The “Raw” panel shows the unprocessed image as saved in SlideBook (3i/Intelligent Imaging Innovation).
The “deconvolved” panel shows the result of deconvolution using Huygens Pro.
The sample being image is the demo slide PK-A from LSM bioanalytik GmbH.
