Imaris reconstruction of a full tg(MN:GFP, Acta1:dsRED, UBI:mitochBFP) 2 dpf zebrafish larva.

Mitochondiras in blue, Striated muscle in red and Motor neurons in green.
Images were acquired using a 20x/0.8NA Plan Apocharomat objective on a W1 Yokogawa spinning disk system. The acquisition was made of 13 tiled Z-stacks covering 250 um depth.
Tiles were stitched together and deconvolved in Huygens Pro (Scientific Volume Imaging) then exported as TIFF files to perform the animation in Imaris 9.3.1.

The original images were acquired by Arnaud Gaudin, the larva kindly provided by Dr. Jean Giacomotto from QBI, University of Queensland.
