“Andante” is part of the “Sonata No. 6” for violin and guitar by Niccolò Paganini, and I’ve arranged it for solo guitar. The main theme’s soft melody symbolizes the wistful longing for something unattainable. The beginning of the second part introduces more “light and color” with its major harmony, and then the first theme returns with a slight variation for the end of the piece.
