Living with IgA Nephropathy: A Mother’s Journey
The film was made in January-February 2024. The film is about a woman who was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy almost 10 years back, had to battle a severe disease, had difficult pregnancies due to the severity of her disease, had multiple complications due to the disease itself and because of the medications used for IGAN. Had physical and emotional breakdowns, yet her compliance, will power and inner strength helped her overcome her illness, had a successful pregnancy ultimately. Her story is a motivation for everyone out in the world with IgAN or any other disease who can overcome the challanges they face during the course of their illness with adherence to medical advice and their will power.
