Beside The White Fence (Chapter Seven) - A One Direction Love Story ♥
"So, what'cha been up to, kiddo?" Dad asks, motioning for me to sit in the chair next to him.
"Well, umm, nothing really."
"The last time I saw you, you were twelve. Something's happened since then." He says, with a small laugh.
"Well, I'm 16, so I'm obviously into boys." I say, trailing off. I didn't wanna cry in front of my dad, but I had to tell him about Brennan sometime.
"Well, my boyfriend of 19 months slipped away last year... And I haven't dated since then..."
He looks at me with sad eyes, and I could tell he wanted to cry too.
"But anyways, Harry's still my best mate, and he's doing just fine." I say, wiping a tear from my eye.
Dad pulls me into another hug. "I'm so sorry sweetheart. I wish there was something I could do about it..." He whispers. I nod my head.
I guess this is what it was like for a normal kid. I guess they got to see their dad all the time, and it was a usual thing for them.
But not me.
Of course, I had to be different.

We ate dinner and then headed home.
"How long are you staying, dad?"
"I must leave tomorrow at about 4:00 a.m..."
"What?!"
"I'm sorry, Jacie. I want to be home, trust me. But they need me."
I nod my head and bite my lip in frustration. It sucked, that he was going to be gone so early, considering I slept till 7:oo a.m.
And especially because I didn't know how long it would be before I saw him again.
"Well, what should we do until then?" I ask, hoping to get to it as soon as possible.
"Why don't we have a movie night? You know, like old times?"
"Right! Okay!" I say.
We popped popcorn and put in 'Walk the Line' as we both adored this movie.
Johnny and June. I used to want a relationship like them. As far as the dating part, anyways. I never really liked love/hate relationships. I don't get them, really.
But I think it was cute, the way he asked her. Up on a big stage. It was very... surprising... I would love to be surprised like that.
I tried to keep my eyes open, but soon they got heavy and and the darkness hugged my body, me drifting to sleep.

Sorry guys! A short chapter! :( Trying to think of more scenes to put in here, but struggling a bit.And yes, I know there was no Harry in this scene, but the information in this chapter could go towards the end of Season Four! (Yes, I am making four seasons, 50 chapters each. So, 200 chapters total for the story 'Beside the White Fence)
The story gets more intense and more exciting, I promise.
