'Smashing' Spring Rabbits with the 17 Hornet
Some spring rabbit shooting for pest control in an apple orchard in New Zealand.
Left uncontrolled the rabbits breed up quickly and cause some big problems in the orchards, damaging young trees and the ground with their large warren systems, undermining the tree roots and causing hazards for the wheels of the hydraladers.
Rifle is a CZ527 chambered in the awesome little 17 Hornet, scope is a Weaver Superslam 4-20x50. Camera is a Canon PowerShot SX60.
