This video shows the results of an Trimble eCognition Developer workflow classifying vegetation risk areas using a Lidar point cloud. First the point cloud is automatically classified within eCognition, which gives us the important discrimination of Powerline, Vegetation and Ground. Based on this, risk vegetation is classified into three classes based on the distance of Vegetation points to the powerline.
