A function can be classified as an even or odd function using the symmetry of its graph. In this video I will show you how to determine if a function is an even or odd function using a graph. A function is odd if it has 180 degree rotational symmetry around the origin and even if it has reflectional symmetry over the y-axis. This can be an easy way to determine even and odd functions when the function can be easily graphed.
