Calcium imaging in keratinocytes with Fluo4-AM dye
Immortalised keratinocytes NTERT-1 loaded with Fluo4-AM calcium indicator dye. A scratch wound triggers the calcium flux. Acquired on the Spinning Disk 3D-FRAP microscope by Lim Hui Kheng (Leah Vardy's lab).
