This time, we'll discuss how not knowing the correct way to move your shoulders during self-care and training can have the opposite effect.
Why doesn't self-care improve the pain?
I created this video hoping to unravel that mystery and help you avoid suffering from shoulder pain again.
I hope this will be helpful to people suffering from frozen shoulder, those who injure their shoulders while playing sports, those whose shoulder pain doesn't go away with self-care, and those who aren't seeing results from shoulder training.

Hello, I am a true "bone setter."
Bone setters are people who treated injuries such as fractures, dislocations, and sprains in Japan when there were still few orthopedic clinics.
#ShoulderSelfCare #FrozenShoulder #ShoulderInjury
I was passionate about treating fractures, dislocations, and sprains.
Besides my hospital work, I worked as a sports trainer during my summer breaks and went to ski resort medical offices during my winter breaks.
When injured people were brought in, it was like a battlefield.
The medical office beds and chairs were filled with people suffering from wrist fractures and shoulder dislocations, and people with hip and shin fractures lay on the floor.
However, I didn't think it was enough to simply treat the injury.
I always kept in mind how to treat patients without causing them pain or discomfort, and how to help them recover and return to their activities as quickly as possible.
That's why I started Yu Balance.
While injuries can be treated and healed, there are many people who suffer from headaches, back pain, and other ailments, but after examinations, no physical problems are found—they're attributed to age, stress, etc.—and they wonder what to do.
This time, I launched Yu Balance to help people who are struggling with such problems, people who could avoid surgery if the true cause was addressed properly at an early stage.
And now, I've launched the "Yu Balance" channel to share practical information from my daily struggles and help make everyday life more enjoyable.
Thank you for your support.
