This time we talked about baths.
Is it better to take a bath when you have back pain, knee pain, or other body pain? Or, do you really need to soak in the bath? Wouldn't a shower be fine? I'd be happy if people who have these kinds of thoughts like these also watch this.

Hello, I'm a true bonesetter.
Bonesetters are people who treated injuries such as fractures, dislocations, and sprains back when orthopedic surgeons were scarce in Japan.
I was passionate about treating fractures, dislocations, and sprains.
In addition to working at the hospital, I worked as a sports trainer during summer holidays and in the ski resort's medical office during winter holidays.
When injured patients were brought in, it felt like a battlefield.
The beds and chairs in the medical room were filled with broken wrists and dislocated shoulders, and people with broken hips and shins were lying on the floor.
I don't believe in simply treating injuries.
I always kept in mind how to ensure pain-free treatment, how to treat the patient without putting too much strain on them, and how quickly I could help them recover and return to work.
That's why I started Yu Balance.
Injuries can be cured with treatment, but there are so many people out there who have had tests for headaches or back pain, only to find nothing wrong, and are worried about what to do because they think it might be age-related or stress-related.
I started Yu Balance because I wanted to help people with similar concerns, people who could avoid surgery if they had properly addressed the true cause early on.
And now, I've started the "Yu Balance" channel, hoping to share real-life information from my daily struggles and help make everyday life more enjoyable.
Thank you for your support.
