Mental Coach

Hello, I'm a true bonesetter.
I also work as a mental coach.
Bonesetters were people who treated injuries such as fractures, dislocations, and sprains back when orthopedic surgeons were scarce in Japan.

I was passionate about treating fractures, dislocations, and sprains.
In addition to working at the hospital, I worked as a sports trainer during summer holidays and in the ski resort's medical office during winter holidays.
When injured patients are brought in, it feels like a battlefield.

The medical room's beds and chairs are filled with broken wrists and dislocated shoulders, and the floor is filled with people with broken hips and shin fractures.

I don't think it's enough to just treat the injury.

I always keep in mind how to treat patients without causing them pain or burden, and how quickly they can recover and return to work.

As I worked to improve their physical condition, I realized the importance of the mind,

and I now work as a mental coach, drawing on coaching, psychology, philosophy, and Buddhism.

That's why I started Yu Balance.

Injuries can be treated, but there are many people out there who have had tests for headaches or back pain, only to find nothing wrong with them. They're worried about what to do when they're diagnosed with age or stress.

Next, I want to help people who are struggling with these issues, people who could avoid surgery if they had properly addressed the underlying cause early on.

I also want to help people who have lost their sense of self, whose sense of fun, love, and individuality has faded, and who no longer feel a sense of purpose or meaning in their daily lives, to deepen their self-understanding and regain their vitality.

That's why I started Yu Balance.

And now, I've launched the "Yu Balance" channel, hoping to share useful information from my daily struggles and help make everyday life more enjoyable.

Thank you for your support.
