This time, we'll answer your question about whether it's okay to crack joints, as seen in chiropractic and osteopathic treatments, or if it's better not to.

Hello, I am a true "bone setter."
Bone setters are people who treated injuries such as fractures, dislocations, and sprains in Japan when there were still few orthopedic clinics.
I was passionate about treating fractures, dislocations, and sprains.
Besides hospital work, I worked as a sports trainer on my summer days off, and went to the medical offices of ski resorts on my winter days off.
When injured people were brought in, it was like a battlefield.
The infirmary beds and chairs were filled with patients suffering from wrist fractures and shoulder dislocations, and there were also patients lying on the floor with hip and shin fractures.
However, I didn't believe that simply treating injuries was enough.
I always kept in mind how to treat patients without causing them pain or discomfort, and how to help them recover and return to their normal lives as quickly as possible.
That's why I started Yuu Balance.
While injuries can be treated and healed, there are many people who suffer from headaches, back pain, and other ailments that, after examinations, show no underlying medical issues—such as age-related or stress-related problems—and wonder what to do.
Now, I want to help those people who are struggling with such problems, those whose conditions could be avoided with surgery if treated properly at an early stage. That's why I started Yuu Balance.
And now, I've launched the "Yuu Balance" channel to share practical information based on my daily struggles, hoping to help make everyday life more enjoyable.
Thank you for your support.
