You can potentially use this to get two trophies, the Leon "S" Kennedy, and Hardcore Rookie trophies.
Puzzle Answer:
Lion Statue = Lion, Branch, Bird
Unicorn = Fish, Scorpion, Vase
Lady = Lady, Bow, Snake
West Office Safe = Left 9, Right 15, Left 7
West Side Locker 3rd Floor = DCM (Magnum Ammo)
Locker Room = CAP (Shotgun Shells)
Sewer Room = SZF (Magnum Ammo)
