Gourd Seed 9 is located in Fountainhead Palace.
To get here you must FORSAKE THE SHINOBI CODE & STAY LOYAL TO KURO!!
Forsaking Kuro will cause the Shura ending to occur and you will be locked out of getting to the Fountainhead Palace
For Seed 5, you must talk to the NPC, kill all enemies near by, then talk to him again. He will then move to the Dilapidated Temple where he sells it for 2000 Sen
