How to find every Prayer Bead in Sekiro; Shadows Die Twice, netting you the Peak Physical Strength Trophy
WARNING!!
In order to get every Prayer Bead you MUST forsake the Shinobi and STAY LOYAL to Kuro. This will allow you access to the Fountainhead Palace.
ALSO!!
After defeating Owl, you must complete the requirement for the Purification ending! This allows you back into Hirata Estate to get 2 more Prayer Beads

Beads 1-5 0:07 Ashina Outskirts (Start of the Game)
Beads 6-8 2:42 Hirata Estate first visit (Do this ASAP)
Beads 9-14 3:56 Ashina Castle first visit (MUST BE DONE BEFORE CORRUPTED MONK & GUARDIAN APE)
Beads 15-16 7:13 Senpou Temple first visit
Beads 17-20 8:32 Sunken Valley
Beads 21-26 11:25 Ashina Depths first visit
Bead 27 16:44 Senpou Temple (After Corrupted Monk)
