Setting Teacher Goals & Life Goals for 2022 || Writing & Visualizing for a Successful Year. Setting New Years Goals can be a really refreshing thing to do when we ring in the new year. Visualizing our dreams, goal planning, and thinking about a successful life and a successful school year are some of the many things that keep teachers motivated and coming back to the classroom each day. But how can we set goals in a way that makes them clear in our minds, and seem much more attainable? How do we set goals for our teacher life that flow with the rest of who we are, and what we want? In this week’s video, I’m talking about a goal setting strategy that I love, that makes my goals more inspiring, more realistic, more exciting, and keeps them at the front of my mind as I take small action steps each day to achieve them.
