As we round the halfway point of the school year, teachers everywhere are feeling the pinch of managing the classroom, teaching lessons, building relationships, and keeping work/life balance. These tasks are very stressful on teachers, and we need to leverage certain qualities and skillsets in order to do well. This week, I'm talking about useful qualities I've observed from Millenial (AKA Generation Y) teachers that we can use NOW, to be our best in and out of the classroom.
