Super quick & easy beef kabsa recipe packed with flavor, in one pot over the stove.
1 Jalapeño
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/4 tomato
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 cup Diced Onion
1 Potatoes
2 cups Basmati Rice
1/2 cup frozen veggies (Optional)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Taco Seasoning
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Curry
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Butter
Orange food coloring (optional)
Step 1: Cut up Garlic, Tomato , Cilantro , and Jalapeño
Step 2: Add into a blender with Water (so it blends all the way) then set aside
Step 3: In a pan on medium low heat add in Oil allow your pan to heat then add in diced onions cook until golden
Step 4: Add in beef cuts season with Salt , Black Pepper , Taco Seasoning , Turmeric , Chicken Bouillon , Curry and Cumin (do not stir have it cook for 3 minutes before stirring)
Step 5: Stir and cook for 30-40 minutes depending how big or small the beef cuts are
Step 6: Add in diced Potatoes, Blend mix and Tomato Paste
Step 7: Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes then add in frozen Veggies
Step 8: Pour in Water add sprinkle Salt , Black Pepper , Paprika , Curry and Butter
Step 9: Bring Water to a boil then add in Rice
Step 10: Stir once (do not stir again)
Step 11: Allow Rice to cook until most of the Water is gone then cover with a lid and have it steam cook on low heat
