It is important to note that it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. Additionally, prior to starting any workout, ensure you perform a proper warm-up routine to gradually increase your heart rate and prepare your muscles for exercise. This could include dynamic stretches, light cardio, or mobility exercises. After completing the workout, cool down with some static stretches to help your body recover and improve flexibility. Remember, safety first!
