Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s lawyers have told the court that the impeachmentprocess violated the constitution.According to the Lawyer, there was a rushed public participation process that was conducted ina record two days.The lawyers now want the court to quash the decision by the Senate to remove the formerdeputy president from office through impeachment.
